How to use

How to use your Gua Sha face massager:

1. Hold your Gua Sha and begin at the bottom of your neck.

2. Use gentle scrapes and move upwards towards your jawline.

3. Scrape upwards towards your forehead, going over your jawline, chin, and mouth.

4. Scrape across your cheeks and press gently under your eyes and over your eyebrows.

5. Finally, scrape upwards on your forehead towards your hairline to finish.

How to use your Jade Roller:

Forehead: Put your Jade roller gently on your forehead near your hairline. Roll it down towards your ear until you reach your temple. Do this 5 times, then do the same on the other side.

Eyes: For the skin around your eyes, use the smaller end of your roller. Start by putting the roller on the inner corner of your under-eye. Roll it towards your ear. Do this 5 times, then do the same on the other side.

Face: Roll your cheekbones, lips, and chin just like you did for your forehead and eyes. Begin at the center of your face (next to your nose, in the middle of your upper lip, or in the middle of your chin) and roll towards your ears. Repeat this 5 times on each side.

Use for 5-10 minutes, 3 times a week.
