Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it. If you do not email us within 24 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@hacloset.com as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information Disclaimer
We are not liable if a package is unable to be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take special care to enter the correct shipping information during the checkout process. If you discover an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hacloset.com to explain the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours.
Attention: Any mistakes made by the customer when giving their shipping information, such as a wrong address, wrong email address, wrong name, city, or country, and therefore creating a shipping issue, will be at the expense of the customer. The refund policy will not apply if the package has already been shipped.
Delivered, but not picked up
If the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to your order address but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not liable for packages that are delivered, but not picked up. Undeliverable orders will not have their shipping fees refunded.
If the package is returned by the post office or a shipping carrier, it will be destroyed or become an unregistered package on its way back. Because no one is paying for the return, it could get lost or destroyed by customs. If we receive your return package, we will charge you additional fees to cover any costs incurred.
Packages lost
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. In the unlikely event that a package does not reach you after 90 business days and we are unable to track it in our tracking system, you must obtain proof from your local post office that you have not received any packages from our sending address during this time period. We will ship out another package as soon as possible.
