Glycerin, Aqua/Water, PVP, Ethylcellulose, Alcohol, Sodium Polyacrylate, Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid (PAP), Xylitol, Potassium Citrate, Hydroxyapatite, Rebaudioside A, Menthol

1. Dry teeth thoroughly before use.

2. Peel off the long HiSmile strip and apply the sticky side to the top teeth.

3. Press the teeth whitening strip down firmly and fold it over the back of the teeth to secure it.

4. Repeat for the short white strip on the bottom teeth.

5. Allow 30 minutes for the whitening treatment.

6. Remove the strips and rinse the mouth with water.

7. Use PAP+ strips as often as needed.
