Order Processing Times

Please note that the processing time (1 to 3 days) is different from the shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.

Orders generally take 1-3 business days to be fully processed. The processing time allows us to verify, pack, and forward your order to logistics and send it to the post office.

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch.

Estimated shipping times

Orders will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days after fulfillment.

There may be circumstances out of our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that could cause shipping delays. While we strive for on-time delivery, our carriers may experience unforeseen issues and delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time; any delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.

Tracking Your Order

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will be able to track the status of your parcel using the tracking number and link provided.

Attention: The tracking information will be available 1-3 business days after fulfillment.

If four business days have passed and you still have not received this email from us, please contact us at info@hacloset.com.

Separate Packages

Please do not be concerned if you have received a package that appears to be missing any items! We occasionally ship orders in multiple or separate packages due to weight restrictions and to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse.

Duties and taxes

We have no control over customs inspections or unexpected changes in strict customs regulations. Unfortunately, these circumstances may cause your order to be delayed in shipping. Customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country; for more information, please contact your local customs office.
