You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the 14-day period starts from the day the item is delivered to your address.

 

Return Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, stained, altered, or missing accompanying items like belts, authenticity cards, or dust bags may not be accepted.

 

Exceptions

Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include lingerie, underwear, swimwear, beauty products, and jewelry.

 

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@hacloset.com with your full name, order number, and details of the items you want to return. Attach a photo of the items and explain the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

You must provide the tracking number and the name of the shipping company you chose. Without this information, our warehouse will not accept any returned packages.

Please note: Do not return packages to the address specified on the package. It is not the correct return address.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.

 

Quality Check and Refunds

1. Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.

2. If your item passes the quality check, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return package.

4. However, if the item fails to meet the specified return requirements, we regret to inform you that the return will be rejected. In such cases, no refund or credit will be provided.

5. Kindly note that the original shipping fee, if applicable, is non-refundable.
