1. Very lightly spray your hair with water and split it into two sections. Clip the middle of the headband to the top of your head a few inches from the hairline.

2. Starting on one side, take a 1-2 inch front section of hair and wrap it completely around the headband away from your face. The tighter you wrap, the tighter the curls will be.

3. Continue to wrap the hair, adding another section each time you wrap. Repeat until there is no hair left to be wrapped and use hair scrunchies to secure the end of the hair to the headband.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the other side. All of the hair should be wrapped around the headband and secured.

5. Criss cross the two ends of the wrap behind your head and tie them in a knot in front of the clip on top of your head.

6. Remove the clip and wear the headband for a minimum of 3-6 hours (or better yet, overnight) before removing. Enjoy your heatless curls!
