The instructions were really simple, so I figured it out right away as soon as I took it out of the box. My favorite combination is the heat therapy and color LED light mode. When it touches your neck, it feels warm and cozy, making those few minutes of the day the most relaxing time. EMS microcurrent is not painful and only causes a gentle tingling sensation. The vibration mode is really effective in relaxing the jaw muscles. I always apply the serum and use the ion function together, and it absorbs much better than just patting it on with my hands. I've been using it consistently for a while now, and my neck skin has become noticeably smoother and my jawline has become more defined.
